Varied renal findings, most commonly tubulointerstitial nephritis, are found in human kidney biopsies and in vivo models. Remarkably, glomeruli are usually spared in this disease. However, some cases report evidence of glomerular damage. We describe a case of leptospirosis with fibroepithelial crescents, a rare histopathological finding.
